It may surprise you in this age of technology that over 70% of travelers use travel advisors to arrange trips such as river cruises, ocean cruises, tours, and all-inclusive resorts (something more than a simple flight or hotel). Leisure travel has been growing over the past few decades and so has the need for leisure travel advisors. Although leisure travel was growing before COVID, since COVID the pent up demand has lead to an enormous increase in the number of leisure travelers and a corresponding need for travel advisors.
